Half Dome Dawn   Leave a comment

Mist rises from Ahwahnee Meadow on a cold winter morning in Yosemite National Park, creating a dreamy blue scene. While Half Dome wears a light dusting of snow, other areas of the park received more than 200 inches – or almost 17 feet – so far this winter! There’s still time to enjoy snow-dusted views and winter activities before warm weather arrives. Photo courtesy of Douglas Croft. Posted on Tumblr by the US Department of the Interior, 2/11/16.
