The perfect top for the perfect steak. Or tri tip … or, what’s your pleasure?
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb gorgonzola cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely minced
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Stir the cheese and butter together until they are thoroughly mixed. Add the other ingredients and combine. Serve!
