I thought that was the picture I found!! Burdette was going to doze the house in and I was poking around inside to see what was there [snoopy, I know] there was hardly anything left, of course, it had set empty for a good few years – and that was on a shelf, under some newspapers, in a closet – I picked up the papers to see how old they were and there the picture was – and I wasn’t about to let it go in with the house, so I took it, and then took it to your mom – who, needless to say, was absolutely thrilled!!! By such odd coincidences are our ancestors’ pictures found!!!
