One of my favorite places to be is the Petaluma Marsh Wildlife Area. We found this treasure while staying at the Sheraton Sonoma County Hotel in Petaluma, which is adjacent to the Marsh … there’s even a walking path that connects to the parking lot.
Little Girl is no longer in college just up the road, but Velda and I still find excuses to visit Petaluma … and I get to stroll through the Marsh.
