- 4 sweet potatoes, washed. Do not peel.
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- garlic salt & pepper
- olive oil
Heat oven to 425*.
Wash sweet potatoes. Cut into approximately 1/2″ cubes. Place in bowl, toss in olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Stir until thoroughly coated; drizzle more olive oil as needed.
